This is a pet-free property. No smoking, no parties, no loud music so as to not disturb the community members. $750 security deposit due at signing for the studio units, $900 security deposit due at signing for the 1 bedroom unit and 1st month's rent up-front. Must be able to pass a background check and credit report, owners will consider all cases with an appropriate explanation.
** Bungalow rentals less than 6 months + 1 day in length incur a Florida State Sales tax of 6% per month.
